Head Full Of Thoughts V

♥This weekend I crawled into my boyfriends lap. He asked me what was wrong and I didn't speak I just shook my head. He took a lucky guess and said "the movie's sad huh baby?" I nodded my head. When I first saw Juno in theaters I teared up a little bit, but not nearly as much as I did the other night watching it in bed. Have you seen it? I love the role Jennifer Garner plays, and of course love Michael Cera from Superbad. I think I just love the movie in general. *mental note add to collection! I was never really one to "tear up", maybe now because I'm older, who knows, but, TV, movies, sad storys; my eyes are wet.

♥Watched Valentines Day too. Kind of cheesy, I could see how people would hate it, but I loved it. Loved Jennifer Garner's role in this one too! When we were done watching it, BF asked if I liked the the movie and I said yea I thought it was funny and then I added it would have been so cute to see on Valentines Day. Sorry I'm a horrible boyfriend, he says. I laughed and jumped in his hap. We always say that, its like this joke we have I guess. I forgot to grab his drink from the fridge, he forgot to plug in my flat iron= Sorry I'm such a horrible boyfriend/girlfriend. We so funny.

♥Send one my way? My email address is fromyourstrulyy@gmail.com right. So I'm signing in the other day...And PLEASE tell me you've seen that commercial for Dockers, with all the guys singing "I wear no pants."? Umm yea just so happens that if I see that commercial one time, it will be my favorite song to sing all day. Good luck shutting me up. So, who knows where my head is but I type; fromyourpants@gmail.coom How funny is that. Kind of like "pants" better than "trulyy" now dontcha? Hahaha.

♥I was taking one last look at myself in the mirror that hangs up in our front door/entryway area. I decided my ponytail was looking a little too messy if you know what I mean and my hair could use a bobby pin. I walked back to the bedroom to get one, couldn't find one, thought I might find one on the ground (that's where I keep lots of stuff, I'm messy fyi!) but I didn't. Luckily I found one under some papers on the desk. But, what did I find when I looked on the ground? (I had to take a picture) Umm well my feet. But they looked/felt funny. Why? Their both black right ok but something was wrong, what was it....Oh yeah! How bout one has a silver buckle. Thank goodness I came back for that bobby pin otherwise I woulda been out the door and lookin funny!

Judging 101

"Odom freely confesses that he just can't help himself when it comes to the sweet stuff and always keeps a stash on hand of Gummi Bears, Honey Buns, Lifesavers, Hershey's white chocolate, Snickers bars, cookies and more. He eats the sugary snacks morning, noon and night, and even says he sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night, chows down on some treats, then falls back asleep."

So what do I and the Odashians have in common? Everything? Nothing. You have to read this little bit here, its funny, and who knew?! My boyfriend told me about him having the nickname "Candyman" and I almost didnt believe him. WTH a candy addiction? Lamar is not alone though. Know how you get used to something, then you always want it? Aka addiction? I see how it develops. I got used to eating M&Ms, like it was a regular thing, normal. Now I always want them. Too bad my guy's not in the NBA I could totally support my habit hahaha. I feel like I've mentioned M&Ms like 70% of the time of my blog and I don't know if you've picked up on it but, I'm serious about them! I wasnt kidding when I was talking about my weight, yes I could really eat them in place of a full meal. Heres my real life hand (any hand modeling positions available out there?!;) with proof. Dont even ask me how long it took to finish all those bags, thats a personal problem! ;) So now you know/see, I love them!

Do you guys have a favorite candy or would you rather have a dessert dessert, like a cupcake?

So can you ladies at the gym keep me in your thoughts LOL.

Fatty Fatty 2 By 4

If you don't feel like reading a long rambling post, skip this one and instead go here to watch something funny.

♥
♥

**(everyone has their own opinion on how to use the word fat, and how I'm using it in this post is strictly me & my opinion and the only person I am judging here is myself :)

Fat.
I use that word so lightly!
So no offense.
(you can say whatever you want after you say no offense right?;)

This is how I use fat in a sentence.
ex: "What are you doing? Nothin just being fat." (sitting on my bed watching Food Network)

"I feel like eating fat girl foods." (cheesy fries with extra cheese, etc.) "Want to hear something really fat, I ate 3 brownies...in a row."

Any Jersey Shore watchers remember the episode where Snooki asked The Situation to pass the dinner rolls and he told her she al
ready had "plenty of rolls"? Nice!

So what is fat anyways? Your fat if your not skinny? I wasn't always big, but I think it was the years 4th -6th when my Mom paid a little less attention to me and how quite frequently I was visiting the ice cream man. So pretty much middle, and high school I was shopping for extra larges. How is it being the bigger one out of all your smaller friends? Great. But not really. Hearing someone 6 sizes smaller than you say "oh I feel so fat" makes you feel like a blue whale. Or at least it did for me sometimes. I was so thrilled I could barely squeeze into an Abercrombie jeans size 12, but too bad their display shelf goes from small jeans at the bottom to big at the top. Little me used to get so embarrassed, telling a worker, excuse me sir I cant reach those jeans at the top yes I need the biggest size you have because I'm so large and in charge, thanks for your help. Shopping for jeans was the biggest pain because I needed them big and long, I'm kinda tall. Then I discovered something weird, I fit designer jeans extremely well. I fell in love with them and not the prize tag. Oh and how sad was I couldn't even squeeze into a pair of Sevens size 32, but I could get in a pair of Joe's Jeans, the Honey Booty fit was stretchy enough to work, so that was my pair. I didn't like or enjoy my size, but I have a very optimistic personality so I was never really depressed about it. I totally tried to change it though don't get me wrong. Kind of diets, the very little exercise I could commit to. But I love ice cream and soda way too much, and I don't like exercise enough to make a dent in any weight loss. Maybe there was nothing I could do, maybe I would just always weigh more than 174 pounds. So I had to be okay with it. And I was, and was totally fat and happy!

(I like blogging because I love writing whatever, however I want. Knowing its not being graded for any English class is a relief. Punctuation who cares. Sentence structure goes out the window and yes I'll say un good if I want. It doesn't have to be perfect. So sorry but if you want to please bare with me because I really don't feel like coming up with a smooth transition for this post.)

So I'm a medium now. All of my old clothes and jeans are too big for me. BF and I jaywalked/ran across a street the other day and those old A&F jeans fell down and my butt showe
d. Real nice. Everyone has asked me what I've done and that has become my most hated question. Seriously. I fuh reak out and get all nervous because I really don't know what to say. This post started out as me venting about how much I dislike being asked "how you lost weight." I really didn't notice my size until the subject was repeatedly brought up...by the immediate fam, and even my nail lady lol. But you can for sure tell by a pair of jeans."Wow you lost weight!" Yea thanks I know I was a cow before.

You know it could have been baby fat all along. Who knows. All I know is I didn't do anything. I drank my usual more than one soda a day just like always. Didn't get really any exercise. Tried new recipes and had seconds.

My Mom pokes my waist and calls me skinny minny and it freaks me out because I've always been used to being bigger you know. My Dad jokes around and asks if "anyone is feeding me", if I need to go
to the soup kitchen, and do I have an eating disorder. He so funny.

I kidd and say, "I totally do but not by choice." Ha!

Dinner is my first meal of the day sometimes. I know its not healthy durrrr. But I like to sleep past breakfast. And sometimes I'm not really hungry for lunch, I feel like I can just wait til dinner. And that's what I'll do often.

So honestly, not eating, that's probably how I lost a little weight. But come on how bad does that sound?! Ridiculous! I cant advise anyone that!! No its not the healthiest thing in the world. It sounds bad enough when I say it, but its really not because I've taken health and watched A&E Intervention, I know about that stuff. ;) All it is to me is some frequently truly accidentally missed meals combined with the fact that a bag of M&Ms & some CheezIts can hold me off for half a day. So sue me.

Oh and the 2nd job I was at for the past 3 months, it was seasonal, and I should thank them too. Nothing like labor laws right ;) I really loved optional breaks. Instead of stopping I'd rather keep going and get all my work done and then go home to relax and eat. And you know what happens when you forget your lunch at work right? You don't get to eat one.

Next time somebody asks how I did it I will simply say "I ate less/rationed my portions." Cause that's really all it was.

Sure there are a few outside factors involved like the stresses of life, my finances; who has money for food anyways?! I rarely have money for 5 star steak dinners, but when its somebody elses (BF"s parents) treat, I don't waste any time licking the plate grubbing down. Would I like dessert too, oh sure! Its not like I don't want to eat! I would cook dinner every night and eat it if I could, but my school schedule doesn't really help with that; night class means Toaster Strudels for dinner when I get done at 9. So my eating habits aren't the best, that's the weird part of this all. I eat what I want when I want, after 9 p.m., fast food & fried is sometimes always a part of my life, and have you heard me declare my love of baking. Yeah. So I don't know how I managed to bake cookies, eat them all and still manage to lose weight, maybe bacon really is good for you its a surprise to me.

I gave my Mom a panic attack the other day telling her, "If I lost weight eating whatever I want doing nothing then I'm never doing anything!" As in, never exercising. Um that got me a lecture about how just because I think I look healthy that doesn't mean my cholesterol is blah blah blah. Anyways. I call it "I got lucky" because I know there are so many (myself included) that have tryed/trying so hard to lose weight, and cant. Its not easy. Too hard for me, I'm a little quitter sometimes ;) But not too hard for some of you working out several days a week, go you! Do a couple sit ups for me will y
a.

Everybody's different. Muffin tops and 6 packs. Some of us wake up at 5 in the morning to do yoga, the hot & sweaty version. Some of us like McDonald's Mcflurrys with a double flavor; Oreo aaand M&M's perhaps? (did you even know you could do that! 2 kinds mixed huh!) Some of us like spinach pizza. Some of us like extra cheese pizza. It takes all kinds right! Some of us blog about exercising, some of us read blogs about exercising while enjoying 25 scoops of ice cream. Oh the irony! Let me open my bag of M&Ms before I read your workout tips and marathon news. Ha ha.

I hope that if you are looking for it, the magic weight fairy comes and spends a couple months at your house. I'm happy to be a medium yeah but I'm just as happy as I was **+ pounds last year. Actually I'm a little unhappier because now my clothes don't fit and I have no money to replace them ha! Wahh. If I want M&M's, I eat them and enjoy them. If I say I should work out and then I never do, well okay. Such is life. If I go for a walk with my Mom because she forced me to to, well...at least it will help my heart ;) I just do what I do and let my body do what it does. If I blow up to 300 pounds then I guess I get to say hope you enjoyed those M&Ms. That's just me and what I think works for me :)

Happy Happy Happy

I'm So Happy!
I received the best kind of good mail you can get :)
♥ This skirt, but in white. I like it, though its not as long as I thought it'd be. Not that its slut short or anything. But just goes to show you can never tell by a picture I tell ya.
♥ The most wonderful thing in the world, truly, new black stretchy pants (I really never call them yoga pants). I ordered them extra long and they are tight and not faded yet and I love them so much!
♥This.Stupid.Dress. Why is it stupid? Because. I've been holding off for literally years on ordering it. For a number of reasons; I never have funds when it goes on sale, or I do and then its not on sale. And even if I had the money and it was on sale, I was always way too scared to go through with purchasing it because I wasn't sure how it would fit. Everything looks good on a VS model, but I know better than to base my ordering on their pictures. Sometimes. ;) But I'm glad I finally ordered it because I'll probably live in it this summer. I got it in a shade of blue.

♥The dress and the stomach of the girl in the skirt picture those yoga pants, I wish I had them times 10.

Hey Hey Hey. What You Got To Say.

not much just a thing or two.

♥I'm scared to death of losing a tooth. The thought of being a toothless adult is frightening. I know I would look absurd and that scares me so I really really hate when I bump or hit my teeth on something. I wasn't paying any attention and totally missed my lips and instead, my coffee cup of 7up met my front tooth. Hard. I held my hand over my mouth for a good minute, terrified that my tooth had fallen out when in reality I didn't even chip it. Whatever. Teeth are sensitive.

♥I always wonder if people wonder why they lose followers, I wonder this when I unfollow a blog and then I wonder when I lose followers too. Ever wonder why people stop following you? Yeah, and definitely wonder how I got more than person/follower to read my crazy talk.

♥I forget where it was, but somewhere I read the year is half way over. To me that means its almost Christmas. Scary.

♥Do you like Pioneer Woman? I'm dying to make
these ;) I made this on Monday, sooo good!

♥This June BF and I will have been together for 3 years. All of these 3 years, the Lakers have been in the finals, and, I'm pretty sure that each year we spend some part of our anniversary day catching some of the game. I don't mind, their BF's favorite. But a funny coincidence. Speaking of Lakers and the only reason I would like to mention them; Khloe Kardashian Odom. I absolutely love saying that name. Who knows why!? maybe cause its ridiculous It totally rolls off my tounge, its one of those supercalifragilisticexpialidocious kind of words, just fun to say. Its even funner to say Khloe Kardashian Lamar Odom. Yes I find this entertaining and yes my boyfriend loves me :)

We Wasted The Good Surprise On You

I love surprises. My Mom totally established the love for them when I was little. Weekly surprises like lunch out or a new toy. Birthday and Christmas presents were always the best surprises, but in the past 10 years I think the surprise factor has only grown harder to create for me. I'm nosy and smart kinda. I notice everything and BF is not super sneaky. So our combination means I find an empty bag or receipts and say "hey bf what is this, a gift for me?" Then the surprise is ruined and I cry. No, really. And even if I don't physically see it, I psychically know it; somehow I know what he is going to get to me, so its not gonna be a surprise anyway. I think giving hints is helpful, while we're shopping. "Oh babe I really really like this shirt isn't it cute..." Too bad he is a horrible clue picker upper though; "Oh really yea those are cute so do you like these ones...what size are you like a medium? Which color do you like better that purple or the gray?" Then I know he'll be purchasing that. Goodbye surprise. But bless his heart because he does try real hard, but I'm just not the type that's easy to throw a curve too, I cant go with it easily, and I pick up on any funny attitude, I know when somethings fishy. I could probably crank out a couple of posts about all the times I've discovered something that was supposed to be a surprise. Even my favorite of all favorite gifts (besides the beloved cheetah blanket) from BF, my Tiffany ring. Don't know how but yes I knew I was getting it and I even knew he would give it to me for my birthday instead of Christmas. I'm real good at the fake "ohh my god I'm so surprised I had no idea" thing. But inside it kills me, because like I first said, I love surprises. No matter how big or small. A magazine, bag of candy, new hairclip; these are all lovely things to shock me with. Seriously. My Mom would go to the store and ask me if I needed her to pick up anything while she was there, I would always say "yea get me a surprise!" Being the crazy best Mom in the world that she is, she would always come home with something small under $5; a pack of Reeses, a pack of pens, new shampoo. The best part of it for me is the not knowing, and hearing "look what I got you." So sue me if I sound like a raging bitch for saying this but, my engagement, just that one thing in life, better be a surprise. Seriously. What about all you Mrs.'s, were you/did you care about the surprise of being asked? I would promise I wont ask to be surprised for the rest of my life as long as he pulls that one thing off. I don't know. I just like that little bit of confusion, surprising is exciting. And I've always pictured that moment to be the hugest surprise of my life. It doesn't have to be letters in the sky, words on the scoreboard at a MLB game, or some faaaaaabulous proposal, just as long as I don't know about it. Yeah. How horrible are my expectations? Thank my Momma for so properly installing that love of surprises in me! ;)

Oh ok so my point of this post was just to share a ridiculously sad, funny, horrible moment. Now close your eyes...Hahah kidding....Ok so the year before last was my 2oth birthday. I had been hinting at BF for forever saying how lovely it would be if he surprised me with tickets to a taping of the Chelsea Lately show. I had probably asked him numerous times and then gave up and not mentioned it for several months. Then one dayyyyyyy...Sometimes when I'm using my laptop, I'll find recipes and then I'll email them to BF so I can later access them on his phone, in the kitchen. So I had his phone, I'm sitting there going through the inbox searching for who knows what when I see an email address or subject line (I forget which it was) that makes my heart stop. Whatever it was I read totally gave away the fact that we would be attending a taping of the Chelsea Lately show. I probably mumbled something like "oh my god babe" before I burst into tears. And then I said "I'm so sad I ruined my surprise." I don't really remember saying that but that is BF's favorite part of the story when he retells it so...actually his favorite part of the story is that the tickets were free. Don't know why that makes it funny but I guess...(the taping was fun, I don't know why I've never posted about it. Chuy is so cute ha!) BF totally tryed to take the fault, saying he shoulda (woulda coulda) have hid the evidence/email better. Yea yea yea. Cant wait for the day when he sends me an invitation to my own surprise party. ;)

Please watch this clip here. Or the half screen version right here. Soooo very funny.

**I think I wrote this post with my Princess side of the brain because really honestly, I know ruined surprises are part of life and, it wouldn't matter to me if BF told me the exact time and place his proposal would take place. I'd just be happy to be his Mrs. :)

Someday We'll Know If Love Can Move A Mountain

Love & Hate.
Or
Like & Dislike,
If hate is too strong for your tastebuds.

Jeans.
Love them, hate them?
Ketchup?
Like it alot or not at all?

I'm moving this summer,
to a new state.
So I'm trying to get info online right.
"State info,"living here," etc.

Sometimes I hate online.
Everythings so misleading.
I don't know how many times I've yelled at my Mom for basing a "diagnosis" on the closest thing Google/Web MD could match her search results to.

No the computer is not always right.
But who is?
The people who hate on my future state?

Claiming they are so glad they have relocated, advising others not to make the move there, stating all the cons of living there.

Or the people that love that state and write beautiful well worded paragraphs that make me excited to experience everything there is to offer there? The people that say what lovely friendly community's there are and how many fun things there are to do?

Right now, I hate opinions.
There are too many out there.
And they are too far in between, the good and the bad.

Not pleased with the options of "love it or hate it."
How do you find out which side is right?
Umm you cant.
Something totally new I have no idea about,
And no way to find out "the truth" about it?
I'm super a little bossy and controlling,
so not knowing doesn't settle well me.

But I guess its going to have to.
Moving somewhere, blindfolded basically.
I know its been done before.
Possibly: High crime rate, dirty, racist, high poverty level, undesirable type of place to live?
Possibly: Really captures that southern hometown feel and has so many opportunities to offer?
My future home is either one of the those two.

Which one?!

Is ice cream very horrible or is it the number one dessert in the world?
Does the state I'm moving to suck really bad or is it so super awesome?

Which one?!
-Love always,
my brain.

Blizzard Warning

I love browsing grocery store aisles. The chip and soda aisle especially. It doesn't matter if I'm not buying anything from that particular section, I just like seeing all the different brands and kinds of everything. Theres a store in my town and the cookie & cracker section is on one side of the aisle, on the right side, and the left side is a freezer; ice cream. Cookies and ice cream? Favorite aisle?! Yes. 20 minutes, 10 looking on each side? Yes. And if I'm only buying 1 box of something, you bet your butt I'm scanning through all my choices to make sure I'm sure about what I want. Because sometimes you really don't know if you'd rather have cookies and cream or cookie dough. Popsicles or Fudgesicles. And theres a cajillion different kinds of 100 calorie packs that takes me 5 minutes alone to get through a decision. Anyways. I really only have one point in this post and that is this; Blizzard Oreo's. (Oreo's aren't my favorite cookie but I just love when things have new little kicks to them. Golden Oreo's, different colored frosting. I'm a 5 year old and I would love to try every cereal on the cereal aisle.) What is a Blizzard Oreo? I don't know. We have to buy them to find out, and we didnt. I think its Blizzard because you know how usually its completely white frosting (is that what you call the stuff in the middle? Or is it cream? Help!?) in the middle, well in this new Blizzard Oreo, the white creamfrostingstuff has cookie pieces mixed in it. Huh. How about that. Did I make any sense? Great. =)

Your Mom...Wants An Ice Cream Maker

Have you ever had any type of appliance wish list? Sure you have. New blow dryer? Yes Santa. I'm itching like I have chicken pox, for; an ice cream maker, of all things. I like fun things that have the possibility to be used and then never used again. ;)
*

Some lovely I follow on Twitter posted this the other day and I loved it. "I'd rather be an optimist who is sometimes wrong than a pessimist who is always right."
*

Look.

CA to TX looks far.
Well its going to feel far.
Thank newborn baby Jesus I'm such a fantabulous car sleeper!
But I'm sure its gonna be a pretty drive & we'll see cool places, perhaps your town!?
*

I'm really going to miss my weather. 58-80 is actually a very dependable weather pattern to work with. I couldn't even begin to tell you how humidity feels, not "humidity experienced", don't know how it feels. Do you know we have super nice beaches here? *Sigh* I'm going to miss them. Back to the weather. With a smile and bright eyes, BF tells me, "LA weather is really going to test our relationship!" I'm really sarcastic in real life, I said, "So, we're gonna break up?" He smiled even more and said "no way were not I'm just saying your going to be like waaaahh wahhh wahh." <(He tried to pretend to be me bitching & crying about the weather)

He is not incorrect. Its not available to read but, in my book I'm the only one that is allowed to whine. And hottness is on the top of my list of things to whine about. A hot day at an amusement park? My boyfriend really is an angel because I don't know how I can make that day fun for anyone. So living in any type of real heat is going to take adjusting to. A challenge, if you will. But we can do it. By we, I mean me and light summer dresses, and BF ;) I'm not the type of girl that gets tired of repeating obvious things like "its so hot", in fact, that's my favorite way to whine! You would love me.
*

The thought of my Mom being a Porn Star really grossed me out. Wait what, where'd I get that thought!? Another one of BF's great ideas. (stay with me!) My Mom has this old wicker/braided-ish stool/seat kind of thing. It looks like it could have been artifact-ish and came from India, Africa, or Pier 1! BF sees it and tells my Mom, "Wow you should be on Pawn Stars!" With her hearing, I'm not surprised what she thought she heard. "What! I should be a porn star?!" The quickest "NO" ever and an explanation of the show that is background to my blogging 27% of the time. I can only laugh about it if I get past the thought of "mom" & "porn star" going together without feeling sick! Lol.
*

You know sometimes we only get Sportscenter right? Today's news: "Big Baby got a concussion!" Ha! (There is a man on a basketball team and his nickname is "Big Baby".) It sounds so funny every time they say his name!
*

Thanks for the sweet comments about my ugly/not ugly blog :) Haha! I think I'm just feeling the need for a change but funds for blog layouts are something near and far from me lol! Searching for good free ones takes so much time for me though! I'll have to save a day for it.

Hey.

My blog layout is not appealing to my eyes anymore.
=(
